I really liked how welcoming Duyal was and very informative. He immediately told us what the building offered like swimming pool, breakfast. I also like how warm it feels when we walk in with the seating area - like a home. Also, the location is ideal. Far enough to feel like we aren't in the middle of the city, but close to everything. I was a little nervous about staying there because of the reviews. I don’t know what people were complaining about. I thought the hotel was clean. The staff was VERY polite and courteous. I would stay there again.!
